Leah Cox, PhD is an educator and administrator with over 30 years of progressive experience in higher education, DEI, disability support, and compliance. She is a recognized leader and popular keynote speaker in diversity and inclusion who has created innovative programs and initiatives, led policy development and strategic planning efforts and has designed and led a variety of different DEI training programs. Her work has directly influenced recruitment and retention endeavors for academic institutions and businesses. She is experienced at facilitating dialogues on difficult issues and support conflict resolution efforts. Her areas of expertise include executive leadership coaching, organizational strategy, program development assessment and evaluation, deaf culture, education and training in diversity, equity and inclusion. A graduate of University of Maryland College Park, University of Arizona and Western Maryland College, she believes in equity and inclusion for all individuals.

Patricia Bradley Patricia Bradley, JD, LLM, MPA is a Civil Rights Attorney with over 20 years of experience in compliance, investigations, and mediation. She is a retired Army Judge Advocate General (JAG) and inspirational leader in fields where women of color have been historically underrepresented. She has led teams of investigators, developed policies and conducted equity reviews for local, state, and federal agencies. Patricia provides facilitation to organizations ready to transform their institutions’ cultures and policies through an anti-racist and inclusive lens. A graduate of Howard University, the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and the US Army Judge Advocate General’s School located on the campus of the University of Virginia, she believes that education can serve as a great equalizer when institutions and corporations approach equity with a perspective that also addresses inclusion.
