Consultation and Training
Our consultation and training programs provide organizations, administrators, supervisors, teams, and coaches with the knowledge and skills to lead and navigate difficult conversations about race, racism, gender, diversity, inclusion, identity, oppression, power and privilege and their effects on dominant and marginalized communities.
Our specialties include:
Higher Education: We provide training, development, evaluation and assessment for Higher Education institutions related to the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion, disability support, and Title IX.
Diversity Strategic Planning: We support you in developing a multi-year strategic diversity plan, program assessment and development, and training with a focus on creating customized and realistic inclusion and equity plans for your institution.
Intergroup Dialogue: We provide the skills and tools to engage in difficult dialogues in order to share and process multiple perspectives and navigate the contentious issues around race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, and political ideology. Our programs help participants to become aware of their identities and those of others. They learn to communicate across diverse groups and to build equitable communities.
